PV Site Manager

Are you a seasoned construction leader ready to take full ownership of major renewable energy projects?

We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled PV Site Manager for projects in Attica.

As a PV Site Manager position, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitor and control project schedules, identifying critical path risks and implementing effective recovery actions to mitigate delays.
• Manage on-site costs, including consumables, equipment, and labor, ensuring all activities are delivered within the approved budget.
• Oversee quality assurance and inspections, ensuring full compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation, including as-built records, inspection protocols, and all handover deliverables.
• Prepare and submit detailed progress reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to the Project Manager, outlining site progress, key achievements, and any critical issues

For the PV Site Manager position, you need to have:   

• 2+ years of experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or similar role, specifically on utility-scale PV projects (e.g., 10 MW+).
• Deep knowledge of PV construction methods, including civil works, mechanical mounting, electrical wiring (DC/AC), and substation installation.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Greek language skills are highly advantageous.
