IT Administrator-Supervisor

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking an IT Αdministrator -Supervisor . 

 

Our client is a well-established Greek company, active in the retail sector, with a steadily growing course and a strong presence in the market for more than four decades. 

 

📌 Location: Alimos, Athens

📍 Working Model: On-Site 

🖋 ️You will be reporting to: General Manager 

 

What you will do: 

 

You will be responsible for leading and maintaining the IT infrastructure of the company, ensuring the seamless operation of systems, networks, and business applications. 

 

More specifically: 

 

• Provide support to internal users and ensure smooth IT operations across all stores 

• Handle network administration, structured cabling, server racks, and hardware/software maintenance and peripheral devices support  

• Configure and maintain firewalls, backup system, and security solutions 

• Manage and support the ERP system 

• Oversee electronic invoicing systems and fiscal mechanisms (e.g., myData) 

• Oversee VoIP telephony systems   

• Recommend IT equipment upgrades and propose ideas for optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure 

• Work closely with the management team, aligning IT strategy with business goals  

 

 

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 

• At least 2-4 years of proven professional experience in a similar role 

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Entersoft experience highly preferred) 

• Solid technical knowledge in firewalls and backup solutions 

• Strong knowledge of networking equipment, Windows Server and Microsoft 365 

• Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure 

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills with a mentality aligned to the Greek retail market
