We’re looking for a UX/UI Specialist who’s passionate about improving how people interact with digital products. You’ll balance user needs with business goals, creating designs that are both intuitive and beautiful.

What will your job look like?

  • Analyze business requirements and transform them into actionable design insights aligned with UX best practices.
  • Produce UX/UI deliverables, including flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
  • Clearly articulate the guiding principles and rationale behind proposed design solutions.
  • Plan, prepare, and conduct research activities (with and without users), such as benchmarking, usability testing, and interviews.
  • Incorporate research findings into practical, user-centered design solutions.

All you need is…

Must-have skills

  • 3+ years of UX/UI design experience.
  • Strong UX expertise (not just UI), ideally with usability heuristics.
  • Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
  • Strong communication, proactiveness, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to define and implement work processes based on Nielsen Norman usability heuristics

Good-to-have skills

  • Experience in Telecom or other complex web-based systems.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile and development integration tools.
