We are actively seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Associate I. Based in the exciting city of Thessaloniki, this role is integral to maintaining the smooth running of our office environment, with a primary focus on quality assurance and support functions.

Responsibilities:

Assist with Absence Management:

• Proactively engage with agents on sick leave requests, ensuring timely follow-up and submission of necessary documentation.

Time and Attendance Control & Maintenance (CTT):

• Monitor and rectify missed or irregular time entries, maintaining accurate time records.

Social Media Content Support:

• Collaborate on the creation of engaging weekly social media content aligned with our business objectives.

Mail and Parcel Handling:

• Efficiently manage the flow of inbound and outbound mail and parcels.

Office Organization:

• Spearhead the procurement of office supplies and the organization of marketing & incentive items.

Health & Safety Support; Wellbeing Ambassador:

• Actively contribute to health and safety initiatives, serving as a wellbeing ambassador.

Visit Support & Planning:

• Play a key role in coordinating and planning visits, both for clients and other stakeholders.

Verification and Control of Access Cards (Badges) – Regus Office:

• Ensure the proper use and control of access cards within the Regus office space.

Digital Card Implementation Support (2024):

• Provide valuable support in the implementation and control of digital cards (specifics to be defined).

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, Greek, and German.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Previous experience in office administration and support is an advantage.
