Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality Android (Kotlin) applications

• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and backend teams to define and implement features

• Ensure app quality, performance, usability, and reliability meet internal and customer expectations

• Publishing and maintain application in Google Play Store

• Stay current with Android development trends, libraries, and tools

• Optimize and improve our codebase and app architecture for scalability and maintainability

• Implement and monitor updates, bug fixes, and performance enhancements

• Support compliance and security standards in app development lifecycle

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Proven track record as an Android developer with published apps in the Play Store

• Strong understanding of Android SDK, app lifecycle, and mobile design principles

• Proficient with Git and modern code versioning practices

• Familiarity with APIs, cloud messaging, and push notifications

• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing frameworks

• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns and best practices

• Proficient in code versioning tools like Git

• Familiarity with push notifications, APIs and cloud messaging

• Strong UI/UX sensibility and attention to performance

• Experience working in agile teams and using tools like Jira and Confluence

• Portfolio of existing apps (please include with application)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Fintech or payments, and/or international experience

• Experience integrating security and compliance requirements in mobile apps

• Familiarity with Jetpack Compose or modern UI frameworks

• Knowledge of backend technologies, especially Java or Spring Boot
