The Opportunity
We are looking for a diligent, ambitious and detail-oriented Specialist to join the Clients & Markets team, a central team based in Nicosia, responsible to activate, implement and monitor key business development activities and growth priorities aligned with our broader territory strategy and vision.
Your responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Understand the professional services market by combining qualitative and quantitative information.
- Provide comprehensive management assistance to our Clients & Markets team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assist in market research activities and compile insightful reports to support business decisions.
- Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and communications to enhance team productivity.
- Manage and organize data efficiently using advanced software tools.
- Support the team in developing strategic plans to drive client engagement and market growth.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data, both quantitative and qualitative, to create effective, high-quality presentations for leadership teams.
- Utilize your tech-savvy skills to streamline processes and introduce innovative solutions.
- Support the execution of territory growth initiatives, liaise with internal stakeholders, and ensure timelines and objectives are met.
- Organize workshops for internal participants, leveraging the latest tools to ensure engaging and successful outcomes.
- Manage ad hoc research requests and database queries to assist with client targeting and strategic planning.
What You Bring
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies / Business Administration / in a related field
- 2 years previous relevant working experience
- Highly motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
- High levels of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a proven ability in managing data and creating impactful reports.
- Strong teamwork skills, with a friendly and open personality
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Excellent skills in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Drafting skills
