As a Collection Agent, your main responsibilities will be:

• High-quality inbound/outbound communication with bank debtors
• Assess the financial needs and capacity of customers to make payments
• Establish a debt repayment schedule with customers that aligns with established policies
• Guarantee that all tasks and responsibilities are executed in complete adherence to regulatory standards and support the ongoing implementation of the Group’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

For the position of Collection Agent you need to have:

• Proven professional experience in a similar position in the banking sector or in Financial Servicer
• Familiarity working with a dialer system
• Good command of the English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Comfortable working in a challenging environment and on deadlines
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results orientation and self-drive to deliver a consistently strong performance
