Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible to:

  • process all phone orders within the company’s system 
  • keep track of customer orders as well as ensure their completion
  • cooperate with the logistics and warehouse departments for orders and deliveries
  • answer queries and provide exceptional customer support through phone and email  
  • resolve and take ownership of each client’s questions or concerns
  • handle several back office and data entry responsibilities 

The Customer Service Specialist should have:

  • knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • good command of the English language
  • customer–oriented mindset with the ability to utilize conflict resolution
  • knowledge of Entersoft will be considered an asset
