As a Facilitator, your duties will include:
- Guiding and encouraging visitors to learn through interactive activities
- Providing general information as well as answering customer inquiries
- Facilitating and coordinating events
- Maintaining operational efficiency and monitoring visitor safety for the duration of their visit

The requirements for the Facilitator position are:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced organization
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and engage with visitors
- Lead by example to inspire a high level of quality service among the park’s teams
- Flexibility with working hours; please note that shift work is entailed.
