As an HR Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

  • supporting payroll and benefits procedures
  • maintaining and updating all personnel and HR data files
  • assisting with the preparation and submission of files to the Ergani platform
  • monitoring and managing employee leave balances (vacation, sick leave, personal leave, etc.)

 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The requirements for the HR Assistant role are:

  • university/college degree
  • 1-2 years in a similar position 

  • fluency in both Greek and English
  • very good MS Office skills
  • knowledge of labor law, as a plus

  • ability to prioritize and multitask
  • positive attitude and flexibility
  • detail oriented and discreet
  • team player
