As a Junior Compliance Officer, your responsibilities will include:

 • Supporting daily regulatory monitoring and compliance reporting activities

 • Handling Professional Ethics topics such as Personal Account Dealing, employee sensitivities, and related inquiries

 • Conducting evaluations  and managing sensitivity acknowledgment letters

 • Assisting with procedure updates, including cascading and adapting group policies to local requirements

 • Organizing annual awareness campaigns on key compliance areas (Personal Account Dealing, Other Business Interests, Gifts & Invitations, Whistleblowing)

 • Creating and following up on entries in the Compliance Escalation Tool.

 • Performing periodic compliance controls and following up on breach reports

The requirements for the Junior Compliance Officer role, are:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law, or a related field.
• Previous experience, such as an internship, or familiarity with compliance, professional ethics, or the regulatory framework is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
