behalf of its client, a well-respected Financial Services Company, is
looking for an Operational Risk Officer to join their team:

Operational Risk Officer (6008/ORO/ESS/GR)

Role Overview:

The Operational Risk Officer will help in implementing the company’s risk
management framework. The role focuses on identifying, monitoring, and
reporting operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and
regulatory requirements. The position is a standalone position and works
closely with business units and management, providing guidance and support on operational
risk-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess and monitor risks, including third-party risks.
• Preparation of risk reports and ensure timely submission to
  management and regulators.
• Contribute to the maintenance of the Risk Register and monitor
  compliance with risk limits.
• Participate in periodic stress testing and business continuity
  exercises.
• Collaborate with business units on day-to-day risk management
  activities and provide guidance where needed.
• Help implement corrective measures and improvements in processes.
• Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and support updates
  to company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a
  related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or
  internal audit (preferably in financial services).
• Good knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory
  frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to
  detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with
  cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
