Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Solutions Manager in Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively engaging with customers to understand their business needs, developing new business opportunities, and showcasing the value of our products. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills to serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities

As Solutions Manager, you will:

  • Customer Engagement & Business Development: Proactively engage with potential and existing customers to identify business challenges and create demand for our solutions.
  • Technical Expertise & Demos: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to design and propose technical solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Act as a subject matter expert on our products, staying current with new technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle technical questions, objections, and troubleshooting during the sales cycle and Proof of Concept (POC) phases.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the core sales team to move deals forward and ensure a smooth handoff to post-sales teams.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of complex technical products and the ability to quickly master new technologies.
  • Pre-Sales Experience: Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role, with a track record of successfully contributing to sales cycles.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders, tailoring the message to the audience. Experience delivering impactful product demonstrations is essential.
  • Sales & Business Acumen: A solid grasp of the sales process, including effective discovery, creating a compelling business case, and handling customer objections.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work across multiple projects and deals simultaneously.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently as the key technical and pre-sales focal point, driving company goals forward.
  • Communication Skills: Have a strong command of English, with the ability to write clear and professional documents, express ideas effectively, and deliver engaging presentations.
