Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Team up with product managers to turn ideas into testable hypotheses and measure what really moves the needle.
• Work with data engineers to make sure the data you need is clean, reliable, and actually makes sense (no more “mystery columns”).
• Build and own dashboards that aren’t just pretty — but that people actually use.
• Keep an eye on key metrics, flag the “uh-oh” moments, and celebrate the “wow” ones.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to separate product myths from truths.
• Share insights in a clear, engaging way (bonus if you can make people say, “Wait, that’s cool”.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years as a product or data analyst (mobile or consumer product experience is a big plus).
• Advanced SQL skills — you can write optimized queries in your sleep.
• At least 1 year with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or your favorite flavor).
• Solid grasp of statistics and A/B testing (you know your p-values from your confidence intervals).
• Comfort working with big messy datasets and turning them into useful insights.
• A proactive, self-driven approach (you don’t wait to be told where to look).
• Clear communication — you can explain data without sounding like a textbook.
• English: B2 level or higher.

Bonus points if you..

• Studied something mathy or technical.
• Have Python skills (pandas, NumPy, stats packages).
• Have a healthy obsession with BI data quality.
