As a QA Assistant, your main duties will include:

• Undertaking compliance, validation, and documentation activities for manufacturing lines. 
• Identifying the need for new written procedures or the revision of existing ones. 
• Implementing and monitoring the progress of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans that result from internal or external audits.
• Preparing protocols for process validation, cleaning validation, and other procedures related to production. 
• Identifying potential risks and preparing corresponding risk analysis and assessment plans. 
• Providing active support during external audits from customers, organizations, or authorities.
• Running statistical analysis to determine the ability to complete actions related to internal or external audits.

The ideal candidate for the QA Assistant position should possess:

• BSc Degree in Biology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Food Technology. 
• MSc Degree in Quality Management or a relevant field will be considered an asset. 
• 1-2 years of working experience in a relevant position
• Fluent oral and written skills in both Greek and English. 
• Proficient computer literacy. 
• Experience or training on ISO / HACCP / BRC standards.
