Receptionist (Part-time)

The Responsibilities for this Receptionist (part time) position are:

• Welcoming and assist visitors, students, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Answering incoming calls and handle inquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
• Managing bookings, registrations, and information requests for language courses and cultural events.
• Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and presentable at all times.
• Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, correspondence, and filing.
• Acting as a point of contact for general queries, offering accurate information about the institution’s services and activities.

The qualifications for this Receptionist (part time) position are:

• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods.
• Familiarity with basic office tools, such as Microsoft Office and email platforms.
