                                                 Trading Application IT Application-Operation Support

Job Description

•    First-Level Support: Act as the first point of contact for user issues, provide incident triage and resolution, manage tickets, and escalate to Level 2 support or vendors when required.

•    User Management: Manage user onboarding/offboarding, access rights, and permissions according to internal security controls.

•    System Administration & Change Management: Support configuration changes, implement minor system enhancements, and participate in controlled release and change processes.

•    Daily Operations: Monitor and manage the execution of daily business and system processes within the ETRM application, ensuring data integrity and process accuracy.

•    Collaboration & Business Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to improve business process effectiveness, system reliability, and performance. Assist in business analysis and testing for small-scale ETRM projects or changes.

Candidate Profile

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

•    1–2 years of experience in IT support, application operations, or business analysis roles.

•    Solid understanding of SQL, Windows/Linux environments, and incident/change management processes.

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

•    Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.

•    Fluent in English (written and spoken).
