Villas Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Villas Operations Manager to oversee the complete operational management of a collection of luxury private villas located in the stunning coastal region of Gytheio.

This is a demanding, full-time, year-round, on-site position requiring a hands-on manager who can blend operational excellence with genuine five-star guest relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of villa operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, pool and garden services, security, and supply chain management.
• Ensure every guest stay is flawless and exceeds luxury expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile guests, handling requests, concierge services, and resolving any issues swiftly and discreetly.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a small, highly efficient team of villa attendants, housekeepers, and maintenance personnel. Foster a culture of excellence and attention to detail.
• Manage operational budgets, control expenses, handle petty cash, and track inventory for supplies and consumables.
• Implement rigorous quality control and preventative maintenance programs to ensure the villas and their amenities (pools, technical equipment) are maintained to the highest structural and aesthetic standards year-round.
• Liaise regularly with property owners and the central management team, providing detailed reports on operational status, guest feedback, and strategic recommendations.
• Vet and manage relationships with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers (e.g., specialized technicians, landscapers).

• Minimum of 3+ years in a senior operational role within luxury hospitality, such as Villas Manager, Resort Operations Manager, or Head Butler, specifically managing private residences or boutique properties.
  
• Must be willing and able to live and work on-site in the Gytheio/Mani region 
• This is not purely an administrative role; the ideal candidate is comfortable being highly visible and actively involved in day-to-day tasks.
• Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Greek is highly desirable to effectively manage local staff and suppliers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, high discretion, strong organizational skills.
