The responsibilities of the Payroll Coordinator position include:
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
- Collecting and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
- Manage employee queries regarding various payroll issues
- Prepare and send payroll reports for record-keeping purposes
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
- Submit all necessary data at the Labor Inspection Services platform ERGANI
- Implementation the policy for coverage of the service needs of the company (staff benefits)
- Plans, improves, and updates the internal procedures of Human Resources
- Cooperate with public authorities and ensures company compliance with any violations
requirements
The ideal candidate for the Payroll Coordinator role should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Economics or Business Administration
- A master’s degree in Human Resources Management will be considered as an asset
- 2-3 year of proven work experience in a similar position. Preferable in an organization with a large number of employees
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
- Excellent command of MS-Office applications.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical & interpersonal skills.
