As a BI Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing loan portfolio data and participating in the design and operationalization of portfolio servicing recovery strategies.

responsibilities
Your daily tasks as a BI Analyst:
- Participate in the design and operationalization of servicing strategies per portfoliosegment, utilizing available data sources, applying data mining, manipulation andvisualization techniques
- Monitor each segment’s performance, identifying trends, strengths or weaknesses;Propose pilots, new initiatives and mitigating actions
- Develop business rules, logic and processes on respective databases and maintain respective documentation
- Analyze portfolio data, work on large projects and many data streams in shortdeadlines and look at the data trends and recommend solutions
- Enhance performance monitoring through production of standard businessperformance reports, identifying the key issues, KPIs for exception reporting to themanagement and provide subject specific reports that enable more granularunderstanding the key drivers
- Develop and implement appropriate reports, data extracts and dashboards to driveintelligence and facilitate decision making both internally and with clients
- Research and evaluate new techniques and tools, making recommendations topurchase and/or implement when appropriate
- Communicate and present data analysis findings to stakeholders through specificreports and presentations
- Monitor the portfolios and identify trends, strengths or weaknesses in theperformance while proposing the appropriate corrective measurements to the businessunits
requirements
For this BI Analyst position, we would expect to see from your CV:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Finance
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a BI Analyst; previous experience in banking is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Programming skills, Statistical software (e.g. SQL, R, SPSS)
- Strong numeracy and data analysis skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Understanding of complex information and requirements
- Able to work under stressful conditions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
