Your duties as a senior accounting officer in this company will be:

• Daily bookkeeping, general ledger entries
• Issuing Invoices, credit notes
• Involvement in credit control 
• Reconciliations (banks, customers, vendors)
• Maintaining Accounts Receivables & Payable Ledgers
• Petty Cash administration
• Fixed Assets administrator
• Withholding Tax Forms fillings to the Authorities and MYF Declaration
• End month activities (general ledger entries for accruals and prepayments)
• Keep analysis for open balances
• Monthly management accounts reporting IFRS 
• Responsible for handling the Internal & External Audits, including helping for the preparation of the Annual Statutory Financial Statements
• Responsible for VAT & VIES declaration
• Cash Flow Monitoring and Payments
• Employee Expenses Review

requirements

To be an ideal candidate for the senior accounting officer position, you should have:

• AccountingDiploma, ACCA student or graduate (is a must)
• At least 3 years’ experience inan Accounts Department
• Excellent knowledge of theEnglish language is essential
• Excellent knowledge of MSExcel, Word and PowerPoint and generally to be proficient with technology
• Working experience with Navisionwill be considered as an advantage
