responsibilities
As an HR Generalist, you will:
- Drive and implement the full cycle of recruitment process
- Promote and develop HR programs, initiatives and strategies including Diversity, HR-driven events etc.
- Manage the performance management process and guide training and development of employees
- Design and implement the employer branding concept of the company
- Develop strategies for internal communication within the organization
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience
- Manage compliance issues within the organization.
requirements
In order to be eligible for the HR Generalist role you need to have:
- 2 years at least of proven experience as HR Generalist in an international company
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
- MSc in Human Resources Management is an asset
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and ethics
- Developed negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Good knowledge of employment and labour laws and regulations
- Ability to work autonomously and track multiple processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficient in English
- High motivation and outgoing personality with a ”can do” attitude
- Integrity and teamwork spirit.
