Responsibilities/What You’ll Do:
Work closely with our sales reps, SDRs, and Marketing teams to support prospecting campaigns.
Use tools like Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information for customers and prospects.
Research customers and identify decision makers of potential prospects.
Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Zscaler’s technology – and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers to successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
Develop the skills necessary to profile, qualify and schedule appointments with key decision makers within global 2000 or high-value target accounts.
Learn how to perform high volume prospecting/calling into multiple organizations via cold calling, e-mail, and LinkedIn networking to build and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
Support SDRs and SDR Org by supplementing data sets, creating campaign content, and managing some ad hoc operational aspects of the job (lead routing, reporting projects, etc).
Qualifications/Your Background:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business, Economics, Psychology or related degree(s).
Active participation in college activities (Clubs, Student Activities, Sports, Greek Letter Orgs, Government, etc.).
Customer oriented background (Sales, Retail, Support, Customer Service).
Interest in tech, with great communication skills.
Passionate about learning how companies operate, what makes them profitable, etc.
Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality.
Strong attention to detail, very organized.
A desire to work in a fast paced, goal oriented, high growth sales environment.
