responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Engineer, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • provide exceptional customer service to the clients and coordinate marine spare parts sales order processing flow
  • answer customers’ product and service questions; suggests information about other products and services
  • support sales department at all times, by liaising with warehouse, vessel agents, customers and all other parties involved
  • process orders,  prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure high level customer satisfaction
  • monitoring end-to-end the logistics process from dispatching, packing lists, invoicing to communicating with forwarders for delivery purposes

requirements

If you want to grab the opportunity for this Customer Service Support Engineer position you need to have:

  • TEI/AEI as a Electrical/Mechanical Engineer
  • 1-3 year of experience in customer service, sales support or ordering positions 
  • Exceptional command in English oral/written 
  • ERP and CRM literacy
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Team spirit and organizational abilities
