Post Closing Supervisor
The Post Closing Supervisor oversees our Sacramento office, and accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff, organizing and monitoring work processes. This position will assist with the creation of department training, standard operating procedures, and the corresponding support materials. This individual will effectively lead and manage teams to maximize productivity and will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The Supervisor will act as the point of contact and resource for any client requests and/or inquiries. The role will create and nurture long-term relationships with clients and ensure quality consistency.
Responsibilities
Manage operations by developing schedules, assign and monitor daily work, drive productivity standards, resolve operational issues
Identify areas of improvement and implement new procedures and processes as needed
Create and/or maintain standard operating procedures and training materials/resources
Participate and provide operational feedback on applicable system development calls
Liaise with IT and clients to ensure and maximize operational efficiency
Act as point of contact for all client(s) requests and/or inquiries; maintain strong working relationships
Maintain constant client communication to ensure efficient processes, new orders, and improvement as needed
Track and accurately report billing information for applicable office functions and expenditures
Track and report operational statistics and trends
Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, and training employees; oversee onboarding process
Identify and develop areas of growth opportunity for team of employees
Ensures that all employees are cross trained in specific areas of the operation to be able to respond effectively to cover all required functions of the area operation
Prepare and host weekly office team calls to ensure consistent and smooth operations
Manages and approves employee hours and PTO schedule as required by the company
Travel to area offices and/or client locations as needed
