Are you a recent college graduate who is interested in working with a leader in their industry that provides tremendous earning and growth potential?

Have you been a leader and taken on leadership roles in Sports, Campus or Greek Organizations? Do you want to lead others?

If so, then our Management Development Program may be right for you. Based in Richmond, Virginia, our program runs for 15 months. Once completed you will be assigned to an operation within the Northeastern United States, in a bonus eligible position. We will provide you with a complete understanding of the following:

Engage and align techniques to get the best out of your direct reports

B to B and Consumer sales training

Education on how to responsibly manage a P&L with an emphasis on understanding how to balance expense margins

Requirements: We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
