As a Freight Forwarding Operations Agent, your duties will include the following:

• provide a high level of customer service to the Greek and English speaking clients
• management of efficiency indicators of logistics
• management of pre sales and after sales communication with partners
• systematization and optimization of processes in logistics
• own and manage the customer’s needs ensuring quotations, billing, product-related queries are executed effectively
• understand, plan for and promote client’s services to the assigned customer base

requirements

As a Freight Forwarding Operations Agent, you must have the following requirements:

• 1-2 year of experience in sea operations positions 
• BA degree in shipping or engineering 
• excellent PC skills 
• fluency in Greek and in English
• independent, well-structured and goal-oriented work style
• strong organizational skills
