HERFF JONES, Customer Relationship Coordinator – Warwick, RI

Job Summary:
This role is the Customer Relationship Coordinator for the Greek and Emblematic and is pivotal to supporting our Sales Partners for the Greek, medals, and emblematic jewelry. This role is supporting the Greek and Emblematic Supervisor and customer service team to maintain the sales entry process in a timely manner.

Specific Responsibilities:
Sort and validate orders received through multiple channels such as online and through order forms with accuracy

Communicate order details to team members with shupping and delivery

Maintain professional communication and working relationship with customers, includes being responsive and providing a quick turnaround on questions or concerns

A positive attitude with a focus on learning how products are made, and orders processed to (schools and administrators) and sales representatives to improve customer service

Provide a support role to finance for invoice credits and invoice rebills

Engage professionally in phone and email communications in a timely and knowledgeable manner

Maintain physical files for entered orders and shipping records including filing

Assist the Greek, Emblematic, and Scholastic Supervisor as needed with tasks and projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
Must have at least one-year experience in an office environment

Previous customer service or customer-facing role is a plus

Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced, team environment

Must possess strong attention to detail and time management skills

Demonstrate strong organization and detail skill

Must speak and read English

Must possess above average written communication skills

Must be able to perform basic mathematical functions

Must be proficient in Excel and Word

Must bring a positive attitude and focus to each task

Physical Demands:
Must be able to enter orders electronically while taking information over the telephone, online or from paper order forms

Must be able to spend long periods of time working at a computer

Must be able to easily move to and from various departments within the building

Must be able to bend to access filing cabinets
