responsibilities

The job requirements for this Search Ads Team Lead role are the following:

• Lead a remote team of up to 3 Search Ads Specialists, driving the very best performance for the clients within your portfolio. All-day. Every day.
• Train and develop your team into industry leading specialists, supporting their professional career development and challenging them to become gems of the industry.
• You’ll be responsible for your paid search team’s delivery of campaigns that focuses predominantly on Google advertising as well as other channels including Bing Ads, Yandex Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, Criteo, AdRoll, Amazon, Apple Search Ads, BuySellAds, Carbon Ads, Yahoo Gemini and Quora. 
• Responsible for your team to hit client KPIs, driving efficiencies through processes and automations, and continually improving the quality of deliverables. 
• Work closely with the Head of Search on strategic initiatives, and have the exciting opportunity of expanding the team’s remit to new channels in the future.
• Work with exciting clients from a range of industries and driving real change in businesses. 

requirements

The ideal Search Ads Team Lead will have:

• 3+ years of experience working with Google Ads. Experience with additional search ad platforms (eg. Bing Ads, Yandex Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, Criteo, AdRoll, Amazon, Apple Search Ads, BuySellAds, Carbon Ads, Yahoo Gemini and Quora) is a plus.
• Experience in managing a small team.
• Experience working at a digital marketing agency.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (we work only in English).
• Comfortable with data analysis using Excel/Sheets and learning new technology.
• Experience with Google Data Studio.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with advertising e-commerce and mobile apps.
• Comfortable with client facing environments.
• Experience in conducting training and workshops is a big plus.
• Capacity for critical thinking and employing strategy to hit business goals.
• Ability to flex your creative muscles and take full responsibility for performance.
• Goal of developing into a leading growth marketer.
• Knowledge of Supermetrics or Funnel.io.
• High Emotional IQ – ability to deliver tough feedback in a constructive manner
• Team player – propensity to make decisions that are for the good of the group – we’re in it together.
