The ideal candidate for the Payroll Specialist position should have:
- Experience 3-5 years in payroll calculation role
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Previous experience in payroll related processes and good knowledge of employment/labor laws
