responsibilities
The Senior Devops Engineer role has a variety of responsibilities:
- Design Systems and Infrastructure Architecture for complex Cloud and Web Based Enterprise Applications, leveraging infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and DevOps best-practices
- Design and Implement of Automation for deployment and infrastructure implementations
- Administer and Maintain Cloud and Web based critical software applications
- Deploy complex applications and resolve related issues
- Perform Infrastructure Testing Investigation and fault finding
- Collaborate closely with Development and Systems teams to provide flawless operation of Cloud and Web Based Enterprise Applications
- Ensure smooth communications with the clients and colleagues
- Provide technical know-how and consulting to colleagues
- Create and Maintain Technical Documentation
requirements
The ideal Senior Devops Engineer will have the following skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, or a related field
- +4 years of proven professional working experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Good Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes technologies
- CI/CD experiences with any of Jenkins/CircleCI/GitLab CI/Travis CI
- Monitoring systems such as Nagios, Datadog, Zabbix
- Experience with any of Azure, AWS, Openstack, Google Cloud
