We’ re looking for a Digital Loyalty & Services Specialist with great customer service and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be strong in analyzing KPIs, have attention to detail and develop Intrinsic motivation.

Position is based in Athens premises (Agia Paraskevi).


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build a CRM 360 framework and KPIs
  • Build a Digital First Membership Program that is full connected in omnichannel level
  • Drive the Customer Data proper Architecture through specialized partners
  • Grow the Loyalty Figures through Personalized Omni Channel Campaigns
  • Run Local CRM campaigns for our brick and mortar network
  • Drive a holistic CRM communication including all touchpoints and media
  • Introduce & Grow services that drive customer retention in omnichannel level
  • Leverage internal systems and resources which drive customer loyalty
  • Partner with third party loyalty schemes
  • Evaluates program performance and investigates opportunities in order to recommend promotions and strategies that drive dining program spend and member engagement (e.g., ROI, new member acquisition and activation goals, increased frequency, etc.)
  • Represents the Loyalty Development department in cross-functional projects and/or task forces (as assigned)
  • Works collaboratively with Marketing Analytics, Finance, and other Loyalty Development counterparts to forecast, manage and analyze program performance metrics and to report on activities
  • Develops and manages the external marketing plans that support program growth including new member acquisition and existing member engagement optimization
  • Cultivates, manages, and contributes to the success of internal (RN) cross-functional teams and relationships within Marketing, IT, Finance, Member Services, Legal, senior leadership and others

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, management or business engineering preferred
  • 1+ year specialized Experience in Digital Loyalty / eCRM / Digital Product Developmentin an organized environment
  • Attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data
  • Experience in modeling and analyzing various KPIs, ideally aware of using digital reporting tools will be an asset (Google Analytics, Power BI, Google Data Studio etc)
