During the construction phase, City of Dreams Mediterranean is expected to create an estimated 4,000 local job opportunities, and approximately 2,500 permanent jobs once open.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Head, Resort Marketing is responsible for the implementation, operation and overall management of the casino marketing operation. He/she will lead and oversee the implementation of the company market developments strategy, while ensuring regulations compliance of all programs, events and campaigns.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads the market development activity and oversees implementation of marketing initiatives directed towards achieving the goals
  • Coordinates and oversees the Marketing Compliance section activity and ensures that all initiatives and programs are approved by CGC and in strict compliance to the regulations in force
  • Works closely with the Cyprus Database Marketing Planning & Analytics team to analyze current customer database and the respective performance of marketing initiatives, promotions, campaigns (including Loyalty program segmentation and effectiveness)
  • Contributes to the marketing research to determine competitiveness, identify insights and propose actions and assists on developing performance metrics and reports, identify new opportunities and improvements as required
  • Works closely with Loyalty and promotion teams, as well as sales and customer service teams and assist on development and implementation of Casino marketing strategy and planning
  • Develops together with the other team members unique value propositions, business partnerships, and assist on creation of targeted campaigns toward key Casino customer segments
  • Liaises with Casino Marketing Promotions & Policy Coordinator and the respective team members ensuring the proper execution and delivery of promotions as well as proper utilization of communication channels
  • Liaises and coordinates with Brand & Communication Marketing as well as Digital Marketing to develop the communication and Marketing Calendar with respect to the overall company objectives set
  • Assists on developing an OMNI channel approach across all value delivery points and coordinates with all the respective departments including IT
  • Assists on developing and implementing the Melco Club Mobile application marketing campaigns and promotions to existing Casino Members and potential new users to increase engagement and achieve objectives set
  • Participates in Mob App product development bi-weekly Monthly reviews and suggest solutions and enhancements improving customer experience and meeting objectives se
  • Complies with budgetary guidelines, processing documents and maintaining assigned budget categories
  • Participates in weekly Casino Marketing meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • 7+ years of relevant experience as a leading the Marketing division in a casino operation
  • Experience in a Regulated Casino environment is highly desirable
  • Knowledgeable of cost management, analysis, service rendering and marketing activity based on target audience
  • Experience with creation, implementation and management of online and offline marketing campaigns; – Methods of market research
  • Good understanding of rules and regulations of occupational health and safety 

Education

Degree holder in one of the following fields, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
