responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Supply Chain Assistant are the following:
- Coordinate the import cycle of the goods end-to-end
- Organize the warehouse storage and distribution of goods
- Follow up with ordering and invoicing on time and accurately
- Work directly with international and domestic transportation providers
- Prepare the planning and the forecasting of the demand
- Continually improve and develop business performance through stock monitoring and replenishment
- Manage the supply and logistic activity through ERP systems
- Strictly follow all internal and external procedures and requirements
requirements
The ideal candidate for the role of the Supply Chain Assistant should have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years experience in supply chain functions, logistics, imports, etc
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- PC literate, especially in excel for reporting reasons
- Familiar with ERP systems, SAP will be considered as an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability skills to contact, working and communicating with different cultures of people
