Job Description:
Atlantica Oasis Hotel in Limassol is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest service throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage inventory and supplies (linen, cleaning materials, amenities) within budget.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English (Greek and/or Russian is considered an advantage).
- Familiarity with housekeeping and PMS software (e.g., Opera, HotSOS).
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
