Legal Secretary
Our client, a well-established law firm, is looking to enhance its team with a Legal Secretary.
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

Provide secretarial and administrative support to lawyers, paralegals, and office management.

Handle litigation software (e.g., Arbizon) including data entry for court dates, deadlines, and related documentation.

Manage i-Justice platform: file court documents, monitor court communications, and update calendars with court dates.

Type legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, reports, and correspondence using MS Word.

Create and manage filing systems, both electronic and hard copy; scan, index, organize, and file documents and court exhibits.

Answer and manage telephone calls and client inquiries; schedule appointments and maintain diaries (including court diaries).

Communicate with clients, doctors, and third parties professionally via phone and email.

Assist with invoicing using legal software (Arbizon, e-soft) and prepare annual client reports.

Perform clerical duties such as printing, copying, and posting legal and business documents.

Maintain awareness of case-specific details where necessary to support accurate documentation and follow-up.

Assist with general office support and other tasks as required.
Position’s Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or any other related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a legal or professional services setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with litigation/legal software is a plus.

Strong secretarial and clerical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Team-player with a positive, polite, and professional attitude.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00-13:00 and 15:00-18:00 & Friday 08:00-14:30
