A well established Administration Service Provider is seeking a talented Office & Corporate Administrator for our office in Nicosia.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the main phone line: answer, screen, and forward calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies and inventory; reorder items as needed.
- Prepare correspondence, record and track delivery.
- Liaise with Government offices
Corporate Duties:
- Update internal databases and contact lists.
- Draft corporate resolutions
- Communications with clients and dealing with their requests
- File changes and order documents from Registrar of Companies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
- Experience in a receptionist or administrative role considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication in English and Greek preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers).
- Experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Knowledge of office management systems or CRM software.
Package offered
- Full-time office based position, Monday–Friday with one afternoon off.
- Competitive salary in the range Eur1,200 – 1,400 per month with 13th wage.
