The Position:

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded professional to join their team as a Strategy and Advisory Supervisor. This role will be pivotal in driving the company’s strategic initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and providing valuable insights to enhance their non-performing loan servicing offerings.

Responsibilities:

A) Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the company’s strategic roadmap.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and industry trends.

• Formulate actionable strategies to optimize non-performing loan servicing processes and enhance overall business performance.

B) Advisory Services:

• Provide expert guidance to clients on NPL portfolio management strategies and best practices.

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and tailor advisory services accordingly.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on distressed debt management.

C) Performance Metrics and Reporting:

• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Prepare regular reports for senior management and clients on the performance of non-performing loan portfolios.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field

• Professional Body Membership and/or Master’s degree will be considered an advantage

• Proven experience in strategic planning, advisory services, and risk management, preferably in the non-performing loan servicing industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge required for the role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
