About the Role:
Solaar Hospitality Ltd, operating Mercure Larnaka City Hotel is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our dining outlets.
Job and Duties Description:
• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and bar to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead and motivate the F&B team to provide exceptional guest service in line with brand standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure quality, timely food service and proper communication between front and back of house.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to uphold high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels in collaboration with the F&B Manager.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
• Assist in creating staff schedules and managing labor costs effectively.
• Support special events, group bookings, and promotional activities as needed.
• Perform daily cash handling and reporting duties accurately.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an F&B supervisory or team leader role, ideally in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on, service-oriented approach with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; Greek and/or other languages are a plus.
• Must be an EU citizen or possess a valid work permit for Cyprus.
