We’re looking for a detail-driven and passionate Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our Global Finance team at Playtech. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact team that operates at the intersection of Finance and People & Culture. Your Influential Mission: You Will…

  • Support the administration and analysis of global compensation and benefits programs, including bonus schemes, recognition initiatives, and retention plans in alignment with Budget and Forecasting.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
  • Collaborate with local and global Finance & People & Culture teams to align benefits offerings with local regulations and business needs and prepare costing analysis per location.
  • Collaborate with senior management to review performance targets and achievements, ensuring compensation strategies and performance plans are tailored to support evolving business objectives.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to support annual pay reviews, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Maintain and update compensation and benefits data in Finance systems and tools.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of compensation schemes calculation.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to enhance reward strategies.

Components for Success: You…

  • Academic Background in Business, Finance, Economics or Mathematics.
  • Have experience in Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Audit, ideally in a European or international context.
  • Are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident working with large datasets (an Excel test will be part of the process).
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Are familiar with Finance and Budgeting, HRIS, or benefits systems.
  • Understanding of payroll processes. Knowledge of multiple locations’ specifics would be considered an advantage.
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership, fostering alignment on compensation strategies and performance planning.
  • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and organizational skills.
  • Have a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for excellence.
  • Thrive both independently and in a team, taking ownership and delivering results aligned with business goals.
  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
