Delfi Partners is currently looking to recruit a Property Management Analyst to join its high-performance team in Nicosia.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out from beginning to end inspection of properties.
  • Identify and report of any possible issues relating to inspected assets (damage identification, tenancy issues, illegalities relating to the construction of the asset).
  • Deliver letters to parties relating to assets under management.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly reports to clients and company.
  • Liaise with local authorities for the collection of relevant documentation.
  • Monitor and execute payments of Utility Bills of communal areas (EAC, Water, etc) as well as any other relevant payments that reinsure the smooth operation and compliance of the property.
  • Monitor the status of pending applications such as land registry department, town halls, district administrations and town planning authorities.
  • Request quotations from contractors.
  • Ensure that the project assigned is completed within desired quality, timeframe and budget.
  • Perform regular quality control inspections and keep updated our records of maintenance and repairing expenses.
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units.
  • Communicate with tenants of occupied assets and represent client on asset’s tenancy related meetings.
  • Any other relevant duty as requested by the Management.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Civil Engineering, Property Management, Real Estate, Architecture or any other relevant discipline.
  • At least two years of experience in the field of Property management or other related fields.
  • Good understanding of real estate terms and concepts.
  • Fluent in Greek and English (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for financial modelling and analysis.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a commitment to the highest quality of work.
