As a Customer Support & Back Office Agent your main responsibilities are:
- Manage and monitor customer orders, ensuring adherence to company pricing and commercial policies
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone and email
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, Production and Technical Support to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of commercial offers and quotations
- Handle documentation related to shipments, invoicing, and returns in line with company procedures
- Offer general administrative and secretarial support, maintaining accurate records and databases
- Support the scheduling and coordination of service teams and field technicians

The ideal candidate for the position of Customer Support & Back Office Agent will be expected to possess the following:
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative position
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, politeness, and a customer-centric attitude
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Organizational skills, flexibility, and problem-solving mindset
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
