We invite applications from ambitious, highly motivated and hard-working professionals to join our offices in Nicosia as a Transfer Pricing Senior Consultant.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and review the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including benchmarking studies, functional and economic analyses, and local and master file reports.

  • Supervise the collection and analysis of financial and operational data, providing insights and recommendations to support clients’ global transfer pricing policies.

  • Advise clients on transfer pricing compliance and planning opportunities, ensuring alignment with local and international tax regulations (OECD guidelines, BEPS, etc.).

  • Mentor and support junior consultants, providing technical guidance and reviewing their work to ensure high quality and consistency.

  • Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends to proactively address client needs and support business development initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international offices on multi-jurisdictional projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field; a Master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., ADIT, ACCA, CFA) is a strong advantage.

  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing or international tax.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proven experience in economic and financial modelling.

  • Excellent command of both Greek and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative in problem-solving and client service.

  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Excel and data analysis tools.
