e-shop Content Specialist

We are seeking an e-Shop Content Specialist  for a leading multinational telecommunications company to join an agile team responsible for managing product content across e-commerce platforms.

Job Description

This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of product information, descriptions, images, prices, and specifications. The specialist will play a key role in maintaining a seamless shopping experience for customers by supporting various ecommerce functions. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in data entry, preferably within ecommerce or retail environments, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external business partners

• Enter and update new product data according to daily pricelists
• Manage inventory and configure preorders to meet campaign needs
• Create and update devices subsidies and custom listings
• Crop, resize, and upload new product photos for the catalog
• Support web and app teams with data entry and maintain homepage materials

• Proven experience in data entry within ecommerce or retail environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic understanding of SEO principles for enhancing product descriptions
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets, databases, and content management systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
