Mailo’s The Pasta project is looking for a Manager for its restaurants in Nicosia.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ordering of all Food & Beverages products and related equipment
- Establish streamlined procedures and controls for the smooth operation of the restaurants
- Daily checks ensuring that all established procedures and controls are met
- Handling of daily operational planned and unforeseen events
- Plan and execute weekly operational meetings and schedule
- Handling the recruitment process
- Managing the labour and F&B cost based on budgets and targets
- Lead the team by guiding, motivating and supervising
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety
- Handling of complaints for maximization of guest satisfaction
- Implementing new guidelines from the franchise

Qualifications (compulsory)
- Professional experience in the F&B sector
- Proven experience in managing similar venues and teams

- Excellent command of Greek and English language
