Join Our Team as a Head Therapist at Ararat Signature Collection!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the team of therapists to ensure exceptional service and professional standards.

  • Provide a variety of treatments (e.g., massages, facials, body treatments) and ensure that each session meets the clients’ needs and expectations.

  • Conduct consultations with clients to determine their specific health or wellness needs and recommend appropriate therapies.

  • Monitor the performance of therapists and provide guidance or feedback for skill development and service improvement.

  • Maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends, techniques, and products and ensure that these are incorporated into the spa services.

  • Ensure all treatment rooms and equipment are properly maintained, hygienic, and fully stocked.

  • Coordinate therapist schedules and manage treatment bookings to ensure maximum efficiency.

  • Handle guest concerns or complaints related to therapy services and ensure swift and satisfactory resolution.

  • Collaborate with Wellness & SPA management on creating new treatment offerings, packages, and seasonal promotions.

  • Uphold strict health, safety, and sanitation standards in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide training for new therapists and facilitate ongoing educational opportunities for the team.

Qualifications:

  • Certification in Massage Therapy, Esthetics, or relevant field (or equivalent qualifications based on the type of therapy offered).

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a therapeutic role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and wellness practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to create a positive, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for clients and staff.

  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.

  • Proficiency with spa management software is a plus.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications in specialized therapies (e.g., aromatherapy, reflexology, hydrotherapy, etc.).

  • Experience working in a luxury or high-end spa environment.

  • Fluent in English and multilingual abilities are a plus.
