Join Our Team as a Head Therapist at Ararat Signature Collection!
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and mentor the team of therapists to ensure exceptional service and professional standards.

Provide a variety of treatments (e.g., massages, facials, body treatments) and ensure that each session meets the clients’ needs and expectations.

Conduct consultations with clients to determine their specific health or wellness needs and recommend appropriate therapies.

Monitor the performance of therapists and provide guidance or feedback for skill development and service improvement.

Maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends, techniques, and products and ensure that these are incorporated into the spa services.

Ensure all treatment rooms and equipment are properly maintained, hygienic, and fully stocked.

Coordinate therapist schedules and manage treatment bookings to ensure maximum efficiency.

Handle guest concerns or complaints related to therapy services and ensure swift and satisfactory resolution.

Collaborate with Wellness & SPA management on creating new treatment offerings, packages, and seasonal promotions.

Uphold strict health, safety, and sanitation standards in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Provide training for new therapists and facilitate ongoing educational opportunities for the team.
Qualifications:
-
Certification in Massage Therapy, Esthetics, or relevant field (or equivalent qualifications based on the type of therapy offered).

At least 3–5 years of experience in a therapeutic role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

Strong knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and wellness practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to create a positive, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for clients and staff.

Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Proficiency with spa management software is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications in specialized therapies (e.g., aromatherapy, reflexology, hydrotherapy, etc.).

Experience working in a luxury or high-end spa environment.
-
Fluent in English and multilingual abilities are a plus.
