📍 Location: Ayia Napa
Hotel Napa Suites & our new AYA Resort are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about hospitality and love creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and seat guests, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive
- Manage reservations & walk-in guests using our reservation system
- Monitor the dining area to ensure smooth seating flow and guest satisfaction
- Handle incoming calls, reservation requests, and provide information on menus, promotions, and events
- Maintain a clean and inviting reception area
- Coordinate special seating for large parties or guests with specific needs
- Communicate effectively with service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally, ensuring swift resolution
- Support the team by helping reset tables and prepare the venue during busy hours
- Uphold our high standards of service and hospitality at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within restaurants or hospitality
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a friendly personality
- Ability to multitask & remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer/reservation system skills
- Good level of English (other languages a plus)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
