Position: Sales Representative

📍 Based in Nicosia, Cyprus

Are you passionate about healthcare and customer engagement?
Medicover Laboratories is looking for a Sales Representative to help grow our diagnostic testing services in Cyprus. Based in Nicosia, this position includes occasional travel to other cities and offers the opportunity to join an international team in a growing and dynamic environment.

Your Role

As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and promoting our advanced diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Medicover’s clinical laboratory tests (e.g. biochemistry, immunology, microbiology, hormones, etc.) and genetic testing services to doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and on-site visits
• Understand and communicate the basics of laboratory tests to clients in a clear and confident way
• Follow up on inquiries, prepare offers, and close sales
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to our growth plan
• Maintain and grow your database of healthcare professionals and organizations
• Conduct market research to identify key players, trends, and competitive activity
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and service delivery
• Prepare regular reports and updates for team leader
• Perform occasional travel to other cities in Cyprus, as needed (company car provided)

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biological Sciences (e.g., Biology, Genetics, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, Molecular Biology)
• Solid understanding of laboratory tests
• Experience in sales, customer support, or inside sales is preferred
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
• Proactive, results-oriented, and confident in client-facing situations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written)
• Valid driver’s license
