Assistant Store Manager

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is in
search for an Assistant Store Manager to support and oversee daily
operations, driving sales, and fostering a positive team environment. The
candidate will also act as a role model to support the development of a store
team that supports the brand image.

The role will report to the Store Manager.

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in
  all aspects of store operations including staffing, scheduling, training, and
  performance management
• Lead the sales team by example
  to ensure a consistent and high-level customer experience
• Monitor and drive key
  performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales goals
• Focus on visual merchandising,
  setup, and restocking. Set the customer service standard that must reflect the brand’s
  standard.
• Maintain the highest level of
  product knowledge and be able to define and communicate to customers the
  importance of the company’s history and heritage.
• Manage inventory processes
  including receiving, transfers, and stock replenishment
• Ensure compliance with company
  policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols
• Foster a collaborative and
  positive work environment that supports team development and morale
• Act as the Manager on Duty
  (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail
  experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
  (preferably in a fashion retail brand)
• Knowledge of Retail sales
  dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal,
  communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to lead a team
  and drive results in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility to work weekends,
  evenings, and holidays as required
• High school diploma or
  equivalent; college degree preferred
