services and temporary placement. Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its
client, one of the largest international fashion brands, for a dynamic
professional to cover the following position: 

Procurement & Administration Manager

Job Description:

  • Development and implementation of procurement
    strategy for goods (e.g., apparel, accessories) and services (e.g.,
    logistics, technology, store equipment)
  • Vendor identification, evaluation, and
    relationship management, including negotiation of pricing, contract terms
    and delivery schedules
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms,
    including pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and service levels
  • Ensure contracts are clear, compliant and aligned
    with company objectives
  • Coordination with logistics and supply chain teams
    to ensure timely and accurate product delivery and stock replenishment
  • Inventory and stock level monitoring to ensure
    product availability and avoid shortages or overstock
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements
    (monthly, quarterly, annual), in accordance with Group policies
  • Contribution to the development, implementation
    and continuous improvement of internal control systems related to human
    resources, payroll, and accounting
  • Compliance assurance with applicable laws,
    regulations, collective labor agreements and internal company policies
  • Supervision and management of personnel within the
    area of responsibility, with focus on clear task definition, optimal
    allocation and efficient execution
  • Facilitation of communication and cooperation
    across departments through the establishment of structured information
    flow processes
  • Ongoing monitoring and awareness of relevant
    legislation, agreements and industry regulations affecting the business
    unit
  • Escalation of deviations from internal rules or
    regulatory requirements to senior management in a timely manner

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
    Administration or equivalent subject
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Solid knowledge of Greek Accounting standards
  • Very good knowledge of the Greek legislation and financial
    systems
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent command of English, both written and
    spoken
  • Knowledge of German will be considered as an asset
  • Skills in
    planning, forecasting, and problem-solving to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability
    for independent work, initiative-taking, and team support
  • Integrity
    and responsibility in handling confidential and sensitive information
